From 14:15 to 16:30 PST today the Website App was experiencing degraded performance. During this time frame there were high levels of timeout errors. While timeout errors do randomly occur for various reasons, the frequency of the errors was very high with at least one timeout error every 5-10 minutes during a two hour time frame.
The root cause has not been identified yet but the website app has been restored to its normal, high performance operating state.
